We have the skills to obtain planning consents, undertake renovations and lettings in order to add value, and efficiently manage the assets through to disposal, normally over a 3 to 5 year time period.
AMG originates the deal, completes due diligence, negotiates acquisition terms, arranges financing and co-ordinates the tax and legal teams.
